Orders
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you wish, you can return any items after delivery according to our return policy.
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Kinkkitty will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
To check the status of your order, simply use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email on the DHL tracking page. You’ll be able to see real-time updates on your package’s journey.

If your package appears to stop moving, don’t worry! It’s still on its way to you and is most likely going through customs. Occasionally, delays can occur due to customs processing or weather conditions. If that happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping information.
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days.
Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and the seal remains intact. For hygiene products, we offer a 14-day return policy, but we cannot accept returns if the seal has been broken.Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Because of EU rules, intimate and hygiene products cannot be returned if the seal or packaging has been opened. Once opened, these items cannot be accepted back for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days.
If you refuse or fail to collect your delivery, we are not responsible for any refund of the product or shipping costs. The item will be returned to us, and you will not receive a reimbursement.
Please contact us as soon as possible, within 48 hours of receiving your order, through our Contact Us page. Make sure to include your order number and several photos or video of the damaged item(s).
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If your order is delayed, we will inform you and keep you updated on the status. You can always reach out to our customer support team for assistance, and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

We use DHL for all deliveries, and orders usually arrive within 6-7 business days. Please check our shipping page for more details.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. Please check your tracking information and contact us if your order is significantly delayed.
Yes, we offer discreet shipping. Your order will be packaged in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy.
Yes, you can choose a pickup point for your order. During checkout, you’ll have the option to select a convenient location for pickup, depending on the available services in your area.

You will only be charged for the items you purchased.
If you notice duplicate charges, please allow a few days for them to disappear automatically. If the duplicate charge remains and you are certain you only placed one order, contact us through our Contact Us page and include a screenshot of the charge so we can assist you.
Yes — the charge will appear discreetly on your bank statement. It will show under a neutral billing name that does not reveal the nature of your purchase or our store’s category.
Yes! We use Shopify’s secure payment system, which keeps your information safe and encrypted. We never store your full credit card details, so your payment is protected.
Accounts
No, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account is optional and can make future orders faster, but it is not required.
